Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Field Technology Manager to oversee survey and machine control equipment across multiple projects. You will manage GNSS, total stations, and cab kits, ensure deployment readiness, and partner with SITECH for support.

You will coordinate inspections, maintenance, and spare parts while providing hands-on training and guidance to field teams. Travel to sites will be required to keep systems operational.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction surveying, machine control or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Trimble survey/construction tech.
• Experience with GNSS base/rover systems, total stations, and machine control cab kits.
• Strong coordination with SITECH and vendors; field-to-office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey and machine control equipment fleet across projects.
• Maintain inventory, deployment, inspection, and storage processes.
• Provide field technology support and troubleshooting to project teams.
• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and repairs; track service history.
• Develop guides and best practices for field technology issues.
