The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with 2-4 years in Field Operations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility with work hours, and the ability to lift 50–70 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• Experience with Wireless telecommunications or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues.
• Manage smaller projects and deliver updates as needed.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
