The Technician will provide maintenance and technical support at customer or field locations, under limited supervision, and may assist other engineers as needed. Essential duties include installing, upgrading, repairing, and servicing equipment and software, with strong emphasis on customer communication and field-change coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or 2 years post-secondary plus 4 years related experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment at customer or field locations.
• Provide maintenance and technical support on products, subsystems and software.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform diagnostic tests.
