Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clean Joe with integrity and compassion on job sites.
• Assist with mitigation tasks under Fire Manager guidance.
• Handle damaged materials with care and professionalism.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration support tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety programs.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Support the mitigation team with additional tasks as assigned.
