Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Field Technician C to support the FAA and Field Services team. The role covers Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and parts of Canada, with duties spanning installation, maintenance, repair, and configuration of telecom and network equipment.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of telecom systems, be able to work from home in a limited on-call capacity, and be prepared for physical lifting and travel as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with extensive relevant experience or an associate degree with related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to obtain US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, configure, test and perform preventative maintenance of telecommunications and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; maintain records of repairs and updates.
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved Help Desk/NOC problems.
