The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with basic tools. HVAC/repair experience and OSHA awareness are preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Residential/Property Maintenance or related field is required.
• Ability to operate tools and ladders safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property inventory during tenant turns and inspections.
• Coordinate move-out processes including key exchanges and property assessments.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide troubleshooting for plumbing, electrical, and garage door issues.
