Job summary

Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is seeking two full-time Field Technician positions based in Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. The role combines minor maintenance with unit departure and guest arrival inspections to prepare properties for guests and owners.

Ideal candidates will have a general understanding of maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays and on-call as scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Prolonged periods of walking, indoors, outdoors, and in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Report identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.
• Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.
• Manage property inventory and staging.
• Deliver needed items to guests.

Field Technician: Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach

Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is looking to fill 2 full time/year-round Field Technician positions. These positions include a mixture of minor maintenance as well as unit departure inspections and guest arrival inspections. The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude. This is a fast-paced position that will require solid organization skills, calling and scheduling vendors, accountability of workload and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card.
