Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct technical assessments and service installations and changes.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure optimal signal levels and customer satisfaction.
• Log information on work orders and assist other team members as needed.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and drive company vehicle according to policy.
