Job summary

Hypertec is seeking Field Technicians to join our global team. You will perform hardware installation projects and related technical tasks in accordance with work orders, project requirements, and company standards.

You will read, interpret and apply technical documentation, diagnose malfunctions, and coordinate with customers and project teams. Travel to client sites is required to support installation and service operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of field technician or similar experience in installation and maintenance of multidisciplinary products (hardware and software).
• Ability and knowledge to use power and hand tools, e.g., voltmeter and cable testers.
• Professional written & oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installation projects and related technical tasks according to work orders and standards.
• Install, configure, modify, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove equipment per project needs and specifications.
• Perform onsite installation, calibration, testing, repair, maintenance, and system verification activities.
• Read, interpret and apply technical documentation, schematics, diagrams, manuals, and installation instructions.
• Diagnose malfunctions and issues, implement corrective actions or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with onsite personnel, project teams, customers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, coworkers, and stakeholders.
• Complete service documentation, installation records, reports, and expense submissions.
