Hypertec Group is actively seeking Field Technicians to join our global team. You will lead hardware installation projects, configure and troubleshoot equipment, and perform on-site services across client sites in Florida.

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar in installation and maintenance of multidisciplinary products (hardware and software).
Ability to use power and hand tools, e.g., voltmeter and cable testers.
Professional written & oral English communication skills.
Availability and authorization to travel frequently within the state and/or out of state.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware installation projects and tasks per work orders and project requirements.
Install, configure, modify, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove equipment per specifications.
Perform onsite installation, calibration, testing, repair, and verification activities.
Read and apply technical docs, schematics, manuals, and installation instructions.
Diagnose malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with onsite personnel, project teams, customers, and vendors.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Document service records, reports, and expense submissions on time.
Ensure tools and resources are available and maintained.
