Job summary

Peak+ seeks a Field Technician in Memphis, TN, to keep our Peak+ System running across sites. Expect 70% travel in summer, on-site diagnostics, and light electrical work, with the engineering team available for tough problems.

You’ll diagnose controllers, replace sensors, and verify fixes in real-time, often working outdoors and at height in hot conditions. You should have 2–4 years in a hands-on technical role, a valid driver's license, and comfort with computers and data dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a hands-on technical role (controls, building automation, instrumentation, or HVAC/electrical).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%.
• Comfort with computers and dashboards/data.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights in summer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose controllers that stopped communicating and replace sensors.
• Perform on-site electrical work, install and wire components.
• Read dashboard data to identify issues and implement fixes.
• Own problems on site and coordinate with engineering for tougher issues.
