Job summary

This position requires a valid driver’s license and a High School diploma (or equivalent). Successful candidates will complete Midco's certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations for service feasibility.
• Install voice, video, and data services in homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote services.
