Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. You will perform voice, video, and data installations, handle service changes, and diagnose issues from the tap to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations and service changes/disconnections.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from the tap to CPE; address signal quality issues.
• Promote Midco services and educate customers on usage and online help.
• Log information on work orders, surveys, and referrals; ensure requests are addressed.
• Mentor and train team members; cross-train on additional services.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety policies.
