Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Field Technician to travel locally in a company-provided repair van and perform in-home repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and educate customers on protection plans while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers base pay with commissions and earnings potential based on performance, with opportunities to earn and grow through training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
