Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Michigan is seeking a Field Technician to travel locally, diagnose smartphones and tablets, and deliver in-home service experiences. You’ll work full-time with a focus on customer satisfaction and flexible hours.

Drive a fully equipped repair van to customer locations, repair devices, and promote device protection plans. Ongoing training and a supportive team help you grow your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tech repair, or retail.
• Comfortable driving and working independently.
• Basic mobile OS/hardware knowledge and soldering.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability (retail hours + weekends).
