Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a company van, diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics at customer sites.

You will provide on-site service, educate customers on protection plans and accessories, and manage daily routes with a focus on convenience and great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities
