Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to perform in-home setup, testing, and education of personal emergency response equipment. You will coordinate scheduling, complete installations, and ensure safety compliance across various client homes.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you set your availability and drive results with SLAs. The role offers mileage-based compensation and requires reliable transport and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a vehicle and provide valid driver’s license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working email address, smartphone with voicemail and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently.
Commitment to meeting/exceeding service level requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
