Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to complete the FTR

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past five years).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder.

What You’ll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past five years)
• Ability to complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, bucket trucks, and work in elevated heights and tight spaces
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Willingness to work extended, flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
