Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on products and subsystems at customer/field locations.
• Troubleshoots and tests equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products per engineering field changes.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
• Serves as liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Interprets customers' needs and clarifies whether problem resolution rests with sales, customer support or engineers.
• 65% travel to customer sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
