Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in construction/geology preferred.
• 3+ years field experience in materials testing, inspections, or geotechnical work.
• ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing preferred or ability to obtain promptly.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Safety-focused with OSHA knowledge and field data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing and inspections for soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
• Contribute to special inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to keep projects on track.
• Collect samples, document conditions, and report results accurately.
• Maintain equipment and uphold field and lab quality standards.
• Support safety culture and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Travel to project sites across the region as required.
