The role offers onboarding, mentorship, and long‑term growth within a collaborative field operations team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field telecom roles, hands‑on experience with fiber and routers, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a field technician or telecom environment.
• Hands-on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecom or network equipment.
• Experience working with fiber infrastructure, routers, and network testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fiber‑optic and network infrastructure.
• Perform router installations, rack‑and‑stack activities, network turn‑up testing, outage response, and repair work.
• Conduct fiber testing and support network restoration activities.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Complete administrative documentation and operational records on time.
• Collaborate with technicians and cross‑functional teams to maintain network reliability.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation approximately every 6 to 7 weeks as primary or secondary support.
• Follow safety, operational, and service quality procedures across initiatives.
