Job summary

VivoAquatics Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to support commercial properties across the Honolulu region. This advanced field role covers diagnostic work, installation, and ongoing maintenance of VivoPoint systems, with a focus on water chemistry and equipment performance.

You’ll visit client sites on a scheduled route, diagnose issues, perform installations, and document all work while coordinating with the Professional Services Manager. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or related technical field.
• CPO certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in mechanical spaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine onsite visits and water chemistry tests per route schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve intermediate issues across automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Install and commission VivoPoint chemical feed systems.
• Maintain and service circulation systems, pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Document visits and communicate findings with property managers and the team.
