Job summary

Master Meter is seeking Field Technicians to install and service AMR/AMI meters, troubleshoot systems, and provide on-site training to utility partners. This role focuses on the west Texas area and requires travel.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree or equivalent, experience with electronics/installations, and at least one year of technical customer service. You will work collaboratively with sales, field teams and customer staff while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with hands-on electronics/installations.
• One year of technical customer service preferred.
• Ability to install, repair, and maintain products and systems in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for AMR/AMI systems.
• Oversee equipment installations as needed.
• Diagnose issues with communication and electrical systems.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
• Communicate with property staff and management with timely updates.
