Job summary

Master Meter is seeking Field Technicians to support sales teams and utility partners by maintaining and troubleshooting AMR/AMI meters and communication systems. Travel is required, with focus on west Texas, and candidates should be prepared to learn and share knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You will install, diagnose, and document field activity, report data, and collaborate across teams to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with technical focus.
• Experience in installing, repairing or maintaining meters or related systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AMR/AMI systems on-site.
• Oversee equipment installations as needed.
• Diagnose issues with communication and electrical systems.
• Maintain communication with property staff and management.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with team to improve operational effectiveness.
