Job summary

Master Meter Field Technicians support sales teams and distributors by maintaining and troubleshooting smart water meters and communication systems. Travel is required and the role focuses on the west Texas area, with on-site AMR/AMI support, installations oversight and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with AMR/AMI systems preferred.
• Technical customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for AMR/AMI systems.
• Oversee equipment installations as needed.
• Diagnose issues with communication/electrical systems and software tools.
• Maintain communication with property staff and management.
• Document and report activities and updates.
• Collaborate with team to improve operations.
