Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to install, maintain, and refresh in-store digital displays across a multi-store route. You will diagnose complex issues, perform end-to-end installations, and ensure adherence to planograms and brand standards while communicating clearly with store personnel.

The role is part-time (19–26 hours/week) with a Monday–Friday schedule, weekend work possible with notice. Training, mileage, and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing display issues including lighting, wiring, and components.
• Experience identifying electronic/connectivity issues and integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain full functionality of displays.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes with fixturing and cabling.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLA timelines (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Document service activity and outcomes accurately and timely.
