Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform end-to-end break-fix, installation, and maintenance across retail displays in the field. You will uphold planograms and brand standards while driving optimal performance and visual quality.

This part-time role demands 19–26 hours weekly, with a standard Mon–Fri schedule, possible weekend work, and advance notice. Training, travel pay, and a path to growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues including lighting and wiring.
• Strong communication and self-management to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores based on market), adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Complete assigned work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain functionality of all displays.
• Perform end-to-end installations, display builds and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Independently manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs.
