Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated field technician to install, maintain, and refresh Meta displays across multiple stores. You will diagnose technical issues, complete end-to-end installations, and ensure adherence to planograms and brand standards.

The role requires independent work, excellent communication, and reliability. The position is part-time, 19-26 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Adhere to schedules, program requirements, and SLAs.
• Document service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Travel up to 60 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
