Job summary

Ambipar Response Colorado, Inc. is seeking a dependable Technician to operate and maintain equipment, manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, collect samples, perform site remediation, and provide emergency response at onsite Denver locations.

The role requires strict safety adherence, strong physical stamina, and flexibility to work overtime or respond to emergencies as needed. Prior experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain certifications for confined space entry and hazardous materials handling.
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in all weather.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible to work irregular hours, overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning, site remediation, spill clean-ups, maintenance, and confined space entry per safety standards.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment and vehicles including vacuum trucks and hydro excavation rigs.
• Load/unload drums, totes, containers, and equipment at job sites.
• Handle, package, label, transport, and document hazardous materials per regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and monitor hazardous material levels using field instruments.
