Job summary

Intertek, a leading quality and safety solutions provider, is seeking an Entry-Level Field Technician in Spring, Texas. The role involves operating testing equipment, performing soil and concrete tests, and observing site activities under supervision.

You will document results and assist with reporting in a hands-on construction materials testing environment. Minimum education is High School/GED with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record.
• Ability to lift/move 30–50 lbs frequently; occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate testing equipment and conduct tests (soil, concrete or other).
• Review drawings, specifications and diagrams.
• Make observations of site activities and provide data reporting.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data from test results.
