Job summary

Cennox is seeking an experienced Field Technician to service customers in Louisville and surrounding areas, performing maintenance, installations, and issue resolution on financial equipment. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and cross-training across lines of business.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electronics/mechanical systems, ATM tech experience a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; ATM technical experience is a plus.
• Electro-mechanical skills and ability to use basic hand tools (multimeter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel and basic routing/map apps (MapPoint/Google Maps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to follow written instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; reliable insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of financial equipment in Louisville and surrounding areas.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment and address product issues promptly.
• Travel to multiple sites; maintain tools and equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
