Job summary

Cennox is seeking an enthusiastic Field Technician to join our expanding Field Services division in St. Louis, MO. The role involves preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnosing issues on financial equipment while training customers on proper usage.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for travel and career growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in low voltage electronics, electro-mechanical skills, and strong communication skills, plus a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus.
• Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and determining issues with products.
• Train customers on the proper use of financial equipment in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
