Job summary

Cennox is seeking an enthusiastic Field Technician to join our expanding Field Services division in Florence/Huntsville, AL. You will service customers, perform maintenance, installations, and train users on financial equipment across Florence, Huntsville and nearby areas, with opportunities to travel as the company grows.

The role requires 3+ years in low voltage electronics and electro-mechanical work, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer usage.
• Safe or ATM technical experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing maintenance and installation of financial equipment.
• Diagnose issues and train customers on proper use of equipment in Florence, Huntsville and surrounding areas.
• Cross-train to support other lines of business, banking and retail.
