Job summary

The A.C. Coy Company is hiring a Field Technician to support various client locations in the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in IT or telecom, strong technical skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

This role includes providing engineering support, troubleshooting, and working with specialized test equipment. The company offers paid training and essential work tools such as a vehicle for work use.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical work experience in the Information Technology or Wireless Telecom industries.
• Ability to walk up to 1/2 mile to perform in-building walk tests.
• Proficiency with common hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work from ladders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering support during deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex installation problems.
• Support Senior Field Engineers on site in programming and commissioning.
• Use test equipment to troubleshoot network issues.
