Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring entry-level Technician 1 installers for the Desert Region. This hands-on field role focuses on DAS installation, pulling coax and fiber, mounting antennas and equipment, and building cable pathways that support in-building wireless.

You'll work with an install crew under a Field Manager or Lead Technician on active construction sites. Travel throughout Arizona and New Mexico is required; some regions may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb ladders.
• Reliable vehicle to get to jobsites daily.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of Field Manager/ Lead Tech.
• Install Antennas and Equipment as directed.
• String coax and fiber cable.
• Transporting materials.
• Documentation of site walks for bidding and closeout packages.
• Lead and direct Technicians and Apprentices in DAS installation.
• Manage daily installation quality and schedule.
• Travel throughout Arizona and New Mexico as needed.
