Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services seeks a Service Technician to install, configure, and repair electronic communications and surveillance systems at remote field sites. You will provide hands-on field support for communications and networked surveillance equipment with a customer-first attitude.

Key duties include installing and repairing mobile cellular equipment, wireless networks, IP cameras and NVRs, performing routine system checks, and coordinating with project managers.

Qualifications

• Two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless networks, and satellite equipment.
• Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
• Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
• Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
