Intertek is seeking a Field Technician for the Charlotte, NC area to perform field testing on soil and concrete on active construction sites. This entry-level role offers paid training, overtime, and a clear career path into senior tech, project management, or engineering support roles.

The position requires outdoor work, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to read plans. A valid driver’s license and reliability are essential for this hands-on role with Intertek-PSI.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of construction materials testing experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record is required.
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skills are required.
• Basic math, calculator, and computer skills are required.
• The ability to read and understand work plans is required.
• Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field testing on soil, concrete, and other construction materials.

• Work with construction plans, specs, and field data.
• Communicate with project teams and clients.
