Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Tech in Minnesota, starting at $22 per hour with a $2,500 hiring bonus and paid training. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting services for residential and business customers, with opportunities for advancement and quarterly bonuses.

You may work in Milaca or within 30 miles of Milaca/Mora, MN, and will use a company vehicle, receive benefits and ongoing training to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate technical evaluations of properties for service feasibility.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot voice, video, and data services at homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot network issues from the tap to CPE and ensure signal quality.
• Log work orders and coordinate with Field Ops and Business Services to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor teammates, train others, and cross-train on additional services as needed.
