Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors at customer sites and in shop settings.

You will troubleshoot equipment, complete work orders, assist with parts delivery, and train junior technicians as needed; travel is required to customer locations, and OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and heavy equipment repairs.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, diesel engines, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop or customer sites and provide repairs as needed.
• Work alone or with another technician to set up and operate equipment; complete work orders promptly.

As a field technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models.
