Role Description

The Field Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for installing, adjusting, and servicing windows, doors, and related fenestration systems on luxury and high-performance projects. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting plans, preparing job sites, handling materials and tools, performing precise measurements, and ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The Field Technician will troubleshoot issues on-site, collaborate with supervisors and other crew members, and communicate professionally with clients and project partners. This role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, following all safety protocols, and completing documentation or reports related to project progress and service work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with construction or fenestration installation, including working with windows, doors, and related building components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation manuals, with strong attention to detail and measurement skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and equipment common to construction and installation work, with a commitment to safe work practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve installation and performance issues on-site.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work professionally with supervisors, crew members, and clients.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials, work at heights or on ladders, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
