John Deere is seeking a Machine Support Specialist for the Des Moines Works site in Ankeny, IA. This onsite role focuses on troubleshooting complex machine issues and providing dealer technical assistance to keep customers running.

The position requires authoring technical solutions, participating in corrective action processes, and supporting dealer clinics. Travel up to 25% may be required to meet training and service objectives.

• Troubleshoot complex machine issues using Deere resources to resolve dealer technical cases promptly.
• Author and maintain technical solutions; integrate into publications to keep info current.
• Be an active participant in corrective action processes to resolve customer problems.
• Support Product Support to help customers optimize machine and technology use; develop content and dealer clinics.
• Travel to dealer & training locations as needed to support training and problem resolution.
