Job summary

John Deere in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Machine Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex machine issues, develop and maintain technical solutions, and support dealer clinics. You will travel to dealer and training locations as needed to resolve problems and ensure customers get the most out of their machines.

The role requires curiosity, strong technical and analytical skills, decision making to drive customer satisfaction, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex machine issues using Deere resources to assist dealers.
• Author and maintain technical solutions; update publications as models change.
• Be an active Investigator in corrective action process to solve problems.
• Support Product Support efforts and dealer clinics to maximize machine use.
• Travel to dealer & training locations to support training and problem resolution.
