Job summary

John Deere is hiring a Machine Support Specialist in Dubuque, IA. You will serve as the main contact for dealer technicians via the DTAC, traveling to sites to diagnose and resolve excavator issues. You will collaborate with the QIT and EDPR to enhance product quality and customer experience.

Requires 2+ years of relevant technical experience, strong problem-solving, and solid product knowledge; ServiceAdvisor/ServiceCenter familiarity is a plus. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer technicians through the DTAC, delivering expert guidance and solutions for excavator issues.
• Travel to customer locations to assist dealer technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex machine issues.
• Collaborate with the Quality Improvement Team and engage in the EDPR process to improve excavator product quality.
