Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a technically adept individual to provide service and support for our vehicle wash and related equipment in a dynamic team environment. The role combines on-call field work and remote assistance to keep customer systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring an Electronics/Electromechanical background, hands-on installation experience, and a customer-first approach. Wisconsin-based travel may be required, with opportunities for growth and additional training.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Design, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in technical services or a related area.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and distributors.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues over phone and on-site.
Assist with equipment installations and site evaluations.
Develop and deliver product training for customers, distributors and service technicians.
Maintain accurate service records and contribute to manuals and training materials.
