The role serves as the frontline technical resource for our global customer base, providing hardware, software, and applications support across our portfolio of precision fiber optic test and measurement instruments. You will handle remote support via email, phone, and remote access tools, and perform performance assurance testing on outgoing products before they ship.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle remote support via email, phone, and remote access tools.
• Perform performance assurance testing on outgoing products before they ship.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, repair, calibration, and sales support (roughly 25%–50% of the time).
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development to resolve issues.
