Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover Pennsylvania, focusing on restoration coatings. You will work with contractors to deliver the best solutions, products, and installations while maintaining strong relationships and regional sales support.

The role requires hands-on field training, product installation oversight, and travel up to 20% within the territory. A strong background in roofing systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or trade certification or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience.
• 2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services and operations.
• Provide technical training sessions in contractors' offices and field applications.
• Supervise roof coatings installation and hands-on training.
• Prepare roof inspections reports with condition analysis and budgets.
• Travel within assigned territory and complete expense reports.
