Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. seeks an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional to support our team across a broad Southern Territory. You will provide in-field technical support, develop specifications, and assist with product placements both in and out of channel.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional sales leadership, ADRs, and national accounts while traveling up to 50% and residing near Orlando, FL or Lewisville, TX for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10 years' B2B paint & coating sales experience.
• Knowledge of architectural and industrial coatings, market dynamics, and application best practices.
• NACE Certification (complete or in process) optional.
• Specification writing proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field technical support within a defined territory.
• Perform technical specification work including site evaluation and proposal writing.
• Resolve major complaints and assist with architectural/industrial product placement in channel.
• Support regional sales leadership with training and product sessions for field sales and retailers.
• Assist ADRs and architectural spec writers with complex specs and CE classes.
• Support national accounts with technical writing and opportunity prospecting in the territory.
