Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. seeks an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional to support the in-field sales team across the Southern Market.

You will handle technical support, site evaluations, and specification writing for architectural and industrial coatings. The role requires collaboration with regional directors, ADRs, and national accounts, with travel up to 50% and residence near Orlando, FL or Lewisville, TX for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10 years of B2B paint and coatings sales experience.
• Knowledge of architectural and industrial coatings and market dynamics.
• NACE certification (in progress ok).
• Specification writing proficiency and CRM software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field technical support within a defined territory.
• Perform technical specs, site evaluations, and proposal writing as needed.
• Resolve major customer concerns and support architectural/industrial product placement.
• Assist regional team with regional product training and sessions for field sales and retailers.
• Support ADRs and spec writers with complex specs and continuing education.
• Support national accounts with technical writing and opportunity prospecting within geography.
