Job summary

DDP Specialty Electronic Materials US, LLC seeks a Technical Service Specialist to provide technical marketing support for ArmorWall Plus, respond to inquiries, and conduct hands-on product training with customers and distributors. You will assist with new product launches and field deployments to drive sales growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and at least one year of technical experience, including knowledge of building codes, installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field plus 1 year of experience in technical and engineering questions
• Experience applying building codes and standards to product installations
• Experience creating technical installation guidelines and marketing literature to support sales
• Experience in the Build Construction Industry providing technical support for manufacturer’s products
• Experience reading and editing construction details and performing on-site installation training

Responsibilities

• Provide technical marketing support for ArmorWall Plus products; respond to inquiries and develop technical content
• Conduct hands-on product training with customers and distribution partners; on-site jobsite observations
• Demonstrate product applications and installation guidance to sales, partners and customers
• Provide job site technical support with distribution partners
• Develop and ensure accuracy of product labels, directions for use and marketing literature
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to meet customer needs
• Travel approximately 40% domestically
