Job summary

DuPont, Salisbury, NC, is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to provide technical marketing support for the ArmorWall Plus line, respond to inquiries, develop content, and train customers and distributors. Travel up to 40% domestically as needed.

Responsibilities include field installation training, product launches, collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations, and ensuring product quality and IP protection. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Technical and engineering experience to answer questions about products and building codes/standards.
• Creating technical installation guidelines for new products with R&D coordination.
• Providing technical analysis of competitive products and creating marketing literature.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical marketing support of North American products, ArmorWall Plus line.
• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries and develop technical content.
• Conduct hands-on product training with customers and distribution partners.
• Conduct field installation training and onsite jobsite observations.
• Participate in new product launches and aid sales growth of the product line.
• Ensure product quality and protection of intellectual property.
